1       GENERAL

The following Terms and Conditions (T&C) are binding to any and all interaction with Aesthe. Any deviation from the T&C needs to be in writing. The T&C are applicable also on any follow up relationships, interactions and purchases. The valid and applicable version is published on our website: www.aesthe.ch.

2       AESTHE WEBSITE

All information on Aesthe website is only informative and does not in any case constitute medical or therapeutic advice. The sole purpose of the published information is to inform the website visitor about the treatments and products and is a general explanation about the methods used.

3       PRICING

All delivery, services as well as products, is against our actual prices. Any pricing update makes automatically the old prices invalid.

4       TREATMENTS

Aesthe therapist have all required qualifications and years of experience with the treatments. We are using Swiss quality equipment and products and have proven results. For many of the treatments the results are directly co-dependent on the client’s behaviour, cooperation, health condition, nutrition, fitness and on following the instructions. Everyone is individual. We are therefore not able to guarantee the treatment results.

5       CANCELLATIONS AND DELAYS

5.1     Cancellations – You

Any cancellation less than 24 hours previous to the scheduled treatment, has a cancellation charge of 50 CHF. If you fail to notify us of your absence, the cancellation charge is applicable anyway.

5.2     Cancellations – We

If we cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to your scheduled treatment and we are not able to accommodate the treatment at another time suitable for you, we will offer you a 50 CHF discount on your original treatment session price.

5.3     Late arrival for scheduled appointment

In case you arrive more than 5 minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we might not be able to perform the treatment. If there is the possibility to accommodate you, we will. However, if the schedule is full, your late arrival has same consequences as cancellation less then 24 hours prior to your scheduled treatment – we are not able to treat you and there is 50 CHF penalty. Thank you for your understanding – we want to give the same excellent service to all of our customers and cannot delay the customers who are scheduled after you.

6       PAYMENTS

The payment for our services and products is due immediately after the delivery. You can pay directly with a credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) or debit card (Maestro, Postfinance). The payments are not refundable.

7       DATA PROTECTION

We value your trust and protect your privacy. By registering your customer account with Aesthe, we are electronically saving your personal data including your Name, email, phone and birthday date. Except of using the data for your convenience and commercial purposes,

we will not make your personal data available to third parties. The data can be made available to our contracted service providers (booking, payments, advertising). We are taking generally required measures to protect your data and privacy. For improvement of our services and offer we are using cookies. Any data collected with cookies are aggregated and anonymous.
